Accomplishments
- 2010-
In 2010 Grant was selected 1 of 12 top drivers all over the world to compete in a Richard Petty Drivers Search at the age of 16. He was hired by Richard Petty Driving Experience to gain stock car training. He has put in training at some of the great super speedways like Chicagoland, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Richmond International Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Walt Disney World Speedway.
It has been a great opportunity for him to learn from the best in the business. In the fall of 2010 he was promoted to Dodge Motorsports SRT program as a professional driver participating in driving schools all over the country. The training he is receiving is priceless and Grant has made friends and acquaintances all over the country.
What an opportunity!! He also got to run his National Midget in about 15 races and finished in the top 7 - 10 times. We had some motor issues at the beginning of the season until we got that Toyota in the car and then he set a new track record at Plymouth Motor Speedway. It was a super year!!
